Cygnet Machinery’s Extrusion Coating Lamination Plant is suitable to paste two different layers with the help of granules melting. The Material will be put in Roll foam and output is also in roll foam. Extrusion Coating Lamination Plant has different models with different size of width. Material to be process are LDPE, PP & Biodegradable. Material as granules foam will be put into hopper and it will be melting with high temperature with the help of Heaters then the melted material will be coming from the Die. The first layer of material is coming from the unwinder and the second layer will be coming out from the Die. Third layer will be coming out from sandwich unwinder as roll foam and then the finish 3-layer material forward to Winder. Applications to use this machine are Rice Bags, Jumbo Bags, Multilayer Films, Non-Woven Films, Paper Cups, Geotextile Fabric, Aluminum Foil Etc. |
