Single / Double Drum Magnetic Separator is a roller type separator with ferrite and Rare Earth magnets having high field intensity. 2. Drum is made up of stationary permanent Ferrite and Rare Earth Magnets, enclosed in a non-magnetic stainless-steel enclosure. 3. Material with ferrous contamination is loaded onto the hopper of Single / Double Drum Magnetic Separator. The material is carried to magnetic Roller by gravity. The material passes over the magnet drum. 4. Vibrating Mechanism is provided to the feeding tray to ensure that the material doesn’t stick to the tray. 5. The ferrous matter contained in the product flow is attracted to the drum's surface by the powerful magnet housed inside. Magnetic Roller attracts the ferrous metallic contamination and contamination free material is collected in the collection tray first. 6. Ferrous Metallic contamination is separated from the Magnetic Roller in second stage and is collected in a separate collection tray. |
