Steam Vacuum Heat Exchanger:

 

We are engaged in manufacturing and supplying of Vacuum Final Heater to our valuable clients. In order to improvise the keeping quality of refined oil, the bleached oil needs to be heated gradually under vacuum and sparging steam conditions for protecting its food value.
 

The bleached oil from the VACUUM HEAT EXCHANGER –regenerative, is heated using high-pressure steam or another heating medium like thermal oil in this specially designed high-performance heat exchanger. The effective heat exchange is done under vacuum and in the presence of the sparging steam which is used for stripping of volatiles in the bleached oil.

This Vacuum Heat Exchanger-final heating can be installed in any existing deodorization system replacing conventional shell and tube type of heat exchanger ( operating under no vacuum and sparging steam condition ) for achieving effective heat exchange under better conditions for bleached oil which is fed to the Deodorizer.
