Singhania System Technologists Pvt. Ltd. (SSTPL) has designed Swirl Flame Kiln Burner which helps the Burner Operator in achieving the best possible flame shaping. To achieve this Burner system incorporates a unique design which ensures the flame shaping during the operation by change of the air quantity and by changing the aperture of various nozzles in working condition. In the Conventional multi-channel burner system, the flame shaping is primarily decided by the change of primary air quantity through various channels. However, as the kiln burner design conditions and operating conditions normally does not match, much was desired to be left to achieve when the control on primary air quantity used to get exhausted. To overcome this shortcoming, SSTPL, has designed the burner system which achieves further control on the flame shaping by varying the respective nozzle position and hence the tip velocities, during the normal operation of the burner, without change of the nozzle tips. |
