Based on the customer requirements, complete drawing and designing work is carried out on computers with latest AUTOCAD Software. The drawing is then submitted for customer's /consultant's approval.

After the general arrangement drawing is approved, a detailed fabrication drawing is prepared.

Fabrication work is carried out at our workshop based approved drawing. All the work done by machine and inspection has been done at every stage pre and post assembly by our experienced engineers.
The fabricated cubical is then shifted to paint shop for powder coating at the painting shop and the cubical is pretreated in the seven tank phosphate plant. After proper pretreatment paint process is carried out in the painting booth and finally the painted cubical is backed in the oven.

Complete assembly and wiring is carried out by skilled fitters and wiremen.

The duly assembled panel is taken up for testing. The following test are performed on each control panel:

  • General Arrangement Check. (Visual and Dimensional).
  • Components checked as per Bill of Materials.
  • Wiring check for correctness and continuity.
  • Insulation Resistance checks with 500 V DC muggers.
  • High Voltage Test


After our internal testing, the panel is offered for customers or consultants Inspection
