Description:

  • Design for plastic industry, the hopper magnet protects molding machinery and other processing equipment from damaging ferous metal Separation can be conveniently monitored through the transparent drawer face. Slide gate shuts off product flow and is provided as a standadr deature.
  • An easy clean desing is availabel. Hopper magnets remove small particles of frrous metal from free flowing powders and granular materials. These permanent magnetic separators are a very cost effective way to remov damaging tramp metal and light concentrations of ferrous contaminant from chmical, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, plastics, food, grain, fertilizer, sand, clay adn minerals.


Suspension Magnet:

  • Suspension Type Magnets use is recommended for low contamination products.Over band type Magnetic Separator is recommended for this type of application. The capacity of suspended magnet is 20 inch coverage area. 
  • The principal applications are for processing of bulk products such as Culets, Glass, Cofee, Cereals, Minerals, Coal and Sugar etc.
