Description
The Ultrasonic Testing Handling System used in identifying cracks and defects in pipes of diameter 20’’ to 80’’. These are short ultrasonic pulse- waves with center frequencies ranging from 0.1-1.5 MHz. and occasionally up to 50 MHz are transmitted into materials in addition to characterize materials.
The ultrasonic testing handling system has control panel with all necessary electrical controls, water circulation system for ultrasonic surveys. It has entire travel length up to 3.2meter, with synchronized motion of both the vertical booms. Moreover, lifting capacity of the vertical boom is 1.5 ton, which is cantilever load.
