Description
- H-series is a centerless grinding machine equipped with precision hydrostatic bearing for both wheel spindles and R.W lower slider(In-feed axis) is hydrostatic guideways.
- Minimal feeding value of 0.0005mm. This high precision and high speed performance satisfy the strict accuracy requirement like roundness, roughness and size tolerance.
- Advantages of hydrostatic bearing- No abrasion between metal to metal, to increase machine use life.
- extremenly low friction. Keeps spindle oil temeprature during work to keep accuracy.
- High stifness oil film covering spindle surrounding, suitable for high speed rotation.
- Machine base manufactured by meehanite cast iron.
- Accumulator for emergency operation.
- Stable grinding wheel dressing unit.
- Wheel dressing for Grinding and regulating wheel.
- Available in Through-feed and in-feed type based on application.
