Our Telescopic covers are custom built which are made of special high grade sheet metal having thickness ranging from 1.0 to 3.0 mm depending on mechanical stress & size of cover. It can be designed for horizontal, vertical & cross rail application. Our Telescopic covers are sturdy, durable & designed with easily replaceable spares like polyurethane/synthetic rubber wipers, dampers and guide shoes which are made of phosphor bronze / plastic engineering. Scutes India has designed and manufactured many types of telescopic steel covers for the protection of slideways. During this period, more than a million telescopic steel covers have been produced to meet the requirements of a variety of machine tool designs. This experience also enables Scutes India to design and manufacture custom telescopic slideway covers for new, state of the art equipment as well as for unusual or unique applications.
