CentrifugeMCSSeries is used in more than 9000 G centrifugal forces can be generated and the self-cleaning separators perform partial and total discharge of solids. The ejection of solids is made at separator speeds without any interruption of the feed.
The machine can be provided with one or two centripetal pumps for pressurized discharge of clarified feed. For Biotech applications, the machine is provided in steam sanitisable version with a rotating hydro seal to prevent any possibility of contamination between the separation and drive areas. The capacities of this machine range from 1m3 / hr to 20m3 / hr depending upon the application. These equipment are designed for 24/7 operation and used across wide industry segments. The main Applications used in Biotech industry like cell cultures, vaccines, antibiotics, bacteria, enzymes, yeast and other biomasses.
The standard applications used in dairy industry for milk skimming and clarification. The Bactofuge is used like for bacteria removal, in bio-diesel production, in edible oil, mineral oil clarification, fat rendering, fruit juices clarification etc. Decanter centrifuges & disc stack separators are available in various types of stainless steel and alloy steels, and supplied as gas tight and explosion proof construction.
