 we process workpieces ranging from 5mm to 300mm diameter & length of up to 400mm long.With 4 flexible CNC - Controlled lathes, we are technically well equiped to produce cost-effective high quality precision parts.Our portfolio of products comprises simple turning parts & complex component work pieces with tranverse and longitudnal bores, key surfaces & grooves or complex back machining.On our site, we operate modern CNC machines with up to 4 axes from different manufacturers. Thanks to the versatility of our machine park we manufacture cost-efficient & precise both complex & relatively simple components according to your wishes.The maximum work piece size is 1200 x 650 x 500 mmMaterials commonly used by us are:a) Metals - all ferrous and non ferrous material including super alloys like haste alloy, monel , enconel and titanium.d) Polymers: PVC , PP, Nylon , PTFE and Derlin.
