It is specially formulated and easily applied, giving a better bonding with AAC Block, Hollow Blocks Flyash Bricks

Surface Preparation:

• Pre- Wet the Block before Applying Maxx bond
• The block, brick should be Clean Free from dust, voids, oil and grease etc.
• Ensure that the surface is flat. structurally strong and free from any other contamination which could reduce the bond strengt.

Mixing:

• Take the required quantity of water in a clean bucket; add Maxx bond Jointing Mortar.
• Mix the product with water in the ratio of approximately 1:3.
• Always Powder add into Water.
• Mixing can be done manually or by stirrer continuously for 5 — 10 minutes to obtain a homogeneous lump free Mix Mortar.
• After proper mixing, leave the paste for 5-10 minutes for polymeric dispersion before application.
• Use this paste within 90 Min.

Method Of Application:

• Make Leveling of First Layer perfectly.
• Apply Maxx bond uniformly on the Surface
• Apply vertical face and horizontal joint of each block with 3 to 4 mm thickness
• Ensure that proper Contact Between two Block.
• Clean the Excess Materials.
