Description

Product  Description: 

  PVC Wire Harness Tape is made up with general-purpose  FR grade (self-extinguishing) soft plasticized PVC film coated with aggressive pressure sensitive rubber-based adhesive. It has been designed for all splicing, cable bundling, colour coding or primary electrical insulation up to 450 volts. The PVC tape is suited for outside use thanks to the good ageing and weather ability properties.

§Extremely flexible and conformable PVC backing. §Great for colour coding of cables, containers, etc. §Good resistance to abrasion, corrosion, solvent, chemical and moisture. §Pure plasticized PVC (no fillers). §Good weatherability & sealing properties. §Excellent thermal & electrical insulator §High conformability & excellent workability. §Protects from electrolytic corrosion. §Easy tear & easy unwind. §Tape can be applied at low temperature (till -10°C)

Application:

§Used for electrically insulate joints and splices in wires and cables. §Cable bundling  & colour coding. §Duct sealing . §Used for cable bundling, reinforcing  and wire harness wrapping. §Protection for low and medium voltage cable splices. §Suitable as repairing material for fixing loose part of automobiles, coil wrapping, anchoring, harnessing, holding and insulating wrapping of electric wire and cables below 450 Volts.
