Purified Water Distribution Systems: Pure water distribution system is employed in a pharmaceutical unit to distribute the purified & distilled water. DPL® Pure Water Distribution System consists of Storage Tank, recirculation pump, S.S. 316 L piping with user points at various locations & the instrumentation to monitor/control the system. DPL® has a specific approach with following steps to build the Water Distribution Systems, which compiles the USFDA & European Validation Standards.


1) Designing: One of the important parts is “ DESIGN “ of the system, with which the system built suffices the critical requirement for validation of the system & continuous maintenance of consistent quality of water.

  • Turbulence flow by pump to retard the biofilm development
  • Velocity Maintenance in Return Line
  • Tank Turn Over
  • Monitoring & Data logging of the process parameter by PLC & SCADA


2) Metallurgy: Water Distribution System has S.S. 316L EP Tanks & Electropolished pipes & fittings. The entire loop is orbitally welded. system features :

  • Orbitally Welded Pipes
  • EP Storage Tank & Fittings
  • Boroscopy test of weld joints


3) Installation: Water Distribution System is installed with technics to avoid mechanical displacement, corrosion & to achieve sanitary integrity of the system.

  • Slopes for complete trainability
  • Automatic ( Orbital )Welding with Compatible filler wire & inert gas.
  • Follow up cleaning & passivation


4) Documentation: It is a very important part of the entire process, which reflects the in-depth details of the system designing, Installation, operation & performance of the system. The validation documentation includes the following documents, which is necessary to validate the system & to prepare the SOP’s for the daily operation of the system.

  • DQ: Design Qualification
  • IQ: Installation Qualification
  • OQ: Operational Qualification
  • PQ: Performance Qualificatio

With Sanitary Napkins, we also need to give solution to dispose these Sanitary napkins and avoid current ways of disposal like sanitary napkins are mixed with regular waste and it's difficult to segregate them and dispose them off. This exposes these virus borne wastes to the environment, animals & public at large causing diseases like Hepatitis B and C. It exposes waste pickers to disease-causing microorganisms E coli, Salmonella, Staphylococcus, HIV and pathogens that cause hepatitis and tetanus. Incinerating these napkins is the only way of getting rid of these problems. Hence, Installation of Incinerator is advisable and should be preferred.

A safe, hygienic, scientific & quick method of disposal of sanitary napkins is to incinerate them at relatively low temperature to harmless sterile ash. It helps in instant disposal of used napkins in a very scientific and hygienic way without generating harmful emissions. Proposed Incinerator come with Ceramic high density insulation for external thermal protection, Auto Thermal Cut off for power saving. Capacity of the machine is 200 napkins per day.

A. Sanitary Napkin Disposal Machine is the only product in India that incinerates used Sanitary Pads at 800 Degrees C and thus adheres to CPCB norms.

B. The high temperature is required so as to destroy any harmful bacteria in the body fluids, and prevent Sanitation Workers from exposure to infections and other health hazards due to improper incineration.

1. Power Consumption :

Sanitary Napkin Disposal Machine is a well thought of and engineered product. The design of the incineration chamber ensures that power consumption is at the bare minimum while providing the required high temperature of 800 Deg C. Sanitary Disposal Machine Micro model, uses only 800 Watts / hr. Power consumption in this machine is 0.8 units, i.e. Less than 1 unit per hour of continuous usage.

Sanitary Napkin Disposal Machine comes with a free maintenance warranty for a period of one year.

4. Preventive maintenance visits per installation during warranty period

Component- No repair policy. We only replace the machines in case of identical manufacturing defects External damage will not be considered in warranty

5. Heat guard on chimney

Free with each installation as a standard accessory. The initial few feet of the chimney is easily accessible to children or the users. Hence as a safety meausre, we are providing the users with a heat guard on the chimney up to 2 feet height. This will prevent any accidental burn injuries with heat / hot chimney pipe.

6. Protection from rain and rodents

The top of the chimney is protected with a Cap that prevents Rain water from entering into the machine through the chimney. This also serves as a rodent / pest entry prevention cap / hood.
