Description
VSI ENTERPRISES is one of the leading Manufacturers and suppliers of Plastic modular conveyor belts which have been prominently used in vegetable, fish, fruits, meat, potato, backed food, and automotive component conveying. These belts can used for conveying, positioning, washing, drying and freezing application, Plastic modular conveyor belts are manufactured in flat Top with 0 % to 45 % Opening. With lateral cleats* and side walls Plastic Modular Conveyor Belts can be supplied in following materials.
** Polyethylene: For Normal load conveying.
Good resistance to acid, Lyes and Hydrocarbons.
Good release properties. Can Float.
Suitable for temperature in between -70°C to + 65 °C.
** Polypropylene: For Medium load conveying
Good resistance to acid, Lyes, salt and Alcohols.
Good for cut resistance application. Can Float.
Suitable for temperature in between - + 5 °C to + 105 °C
** Polyacetal : For Heavy load conveying
Relatively Hard surface, good ware resistance. Excellent Mechanical properties,
Chemical and Thermal.
Suitable for temperature in between - 45°C to + 100 °C
** Thermoplastic Polyester: For Flame retardant and Suitable for Temperature in
between - 30 °C to + 90 °C
** Polyacetal Conductive: For conductive. Surface resistant ≤ 100³ Ohm
All other properties as per Polyacetal.
** NYLON: For high Temperature in between -30 °C to + 150 °C
Plastic modular belt conveyor can be supplied in different pitch (12.5, 25, 38 & 50 mm
pitch). These belts are very easy to install and can be used for curved conveyor,
horizontal conveyor, inclined conveyor with lateral cleats and side guides. We can
provide you total solution for conveying and power transmission application.
