Drawer Magnets unit offer the highest Level of magnetic protection for many industries. This unit can be fitted simply in existing pipeline or outlet of various equipment Like pulverizer, blenders, & classifier or any other outlet location and ensure direct contact of magnetic tubes in bulk, free-flowing product streams. Some of designs offer the multiple grids, safest cleaning method, stainless steel grids and housing to prevent operator injury.
Working Principal:
Product flows through one more row of magnetic tubes, designed to create an extremely effective magnetic circuit. The rows of magnetic tubes are staggered to maximize magnetic filtration of product flows through the housing. Cycling the magnets pulls the magnetic tubes through non-metallic stripper assemblies, cleaning the magnetic tubes and depositing the metal contaminants outside the product stream into a collection tray.

Ferrite manufacturing is based on Ceramic Powder Technology. High quality Iron oxide and Strontium or Barium carbonates are homogenously mixed, reacted at controlled high temperature. The ferrite granules formed are crushed and consequently converted into slurry with controlled particle size distribution. Pressed compacts are produced by biaxial compaction under controlled magnetic field thus introducing anisotropy in macro level in the compact. Sintering to achieve the required density, magnetic and dimensional features are done in precisely controlled furnaces. Sintered Ferrites are ground to achieve the required dimensions in close tolerances.

Major Chemical composition of ferrite magnets is Strontium Ferrite(SrO.6Fe2O3 or SrFe12O19). Magnetic Products Division manufactures permanent ferrite magnets in various sizes and shapes.
