Description

Splicing of yarns is an integral part of the industrial yarn manufacturing process and hence, our splicers find a use in:

  • Manufacturing of industrial yarns like aramid, nylon, glass etc.
  • Manufacturing of conveyor fabric belts
  • Manufacturing of fire resistant clothes
  • Manufacturing of sports goods
  • Manufacturing of fishing nets
  • Manufacturing of industrial gaskets

Our splicers work on a differential pneumatic logic and give a splicing strength of 80%. Based on the yarn type and range we offer the following models:

  • P250: full-automatic, suitable for draw-winding/twisting machines
  • P311: semi-automatic, suitable for carpet, glass fiber yarns
  • P312: full-automatic version of P311
  • P400: full-automatic, suitable for glass fiber, carbon fiber, aramid processing
  • P700: full-automatic, high count processing of glass fiber, carbon fiber, aramid
  • PC40: full automatic, for coarse denier multi-ply yarn
