Description
Clients can avail from us Starch Paste Kettle that have specially designed units for preparing binder material. These hemispherical kettles are jacketed on trunnion supports with the help of shafts. The small cylindrical top of the kettle is used for pouring out the binder mass. Furthermore, the kettle has an anchor type beater used for mixing the material with dual speed option the steam accessories like such as pressure gauge, safety valve and vent cocks are also jacketed. Paste kettles are also provided with a lever and hand wheels to facilitate manual tilting operation. The loose lid covering these paste kettle are mad of 16 swg thick SS of grade 304
Starch Paste Kettle is made out of SS 316 material. It consist of hemispherical bottom unit mounted on an 'A' shape round pipe frame. It is provided with tilting arrangement. Pedestal bearing blocks are provided for easy movability. It is designed for working pressure of 2 Kg / sq. cm and outer unit is jacketed & insulated with glass wool. Steam inlets and outlets are also provided.
