Description
The pre bending / edge bending and rolling can be performed in the same machine.
Advantages
- The machine can be operated remotely from all around.
- Since this being a four roll machine the un-bend flat is minimum and smallest possible diameter is much tighter compared to 3 roll machine.
- Since all roll movement and roll rotation is through completely numerically controlled hence skilled manpower is not required.
- Specially developed hydraulic circuit to achieve side roll positional accuracy within +-0.2 mm
- Since all rolls are mounted in roller bearings the electrical consumption is less by 50% compared to conventional type machine.
Special Features
Hydrualically operated tilt able top roll for easy rolled shell removal.
All our machine rolls are mounted in heavy duty roller bearings.
Each roller is fitted with two bearing per side (four bearing per roller).
In this type of model, all hydrualic actuators are operated by solenoide and elctro-propotional hydraulic control valves.
This machine uses PLC and HMI for automated pre decided machine operation sequence and set parameter achievement.
All set parameters are displayed on HMI while the machine is in running mode.
Since the machine in consideration has a planatory axis movement of pressure rolls the force applied to clamp / pinch the plate and also to form radiouse is much higher due to leverage available and can perform better compared to rectilinear guide type machine.
As a standard available feature for conical bending/rolling the side roll can be inclined to an angle.
A seprate cone bending attachment can be provided for narrow diameter cone forming.

The rolls are positively driven by planetary gear box and hydraulic motor mounted inline with roller axis.
