- Wetback design: 3 pass, conventional, wet back, integral furnace without refractory reduces maintenance costs and increases boiler efficiency.
- Triple grate bar block in furnace: Reliable, strong, sturdy and easy to maintain triple grate bar improves overall performance of boiler.
- Higher combustion efficiency: Large furnace volume increases residence time and improves combustion due to lower grate loading, while liberal reversal chamber space ensures better radiation and complete combustion of volatiles.
- Heat recovery option: To improve overall efficiency of the system further, various heat recovery options available as standard: Air preheater, Water preheater and combination of both.
- Fuel flexibility: Designed to fire with multiple fuels like wood, coal, lignite and bio-mass briquettes.
