SEDIMENTATION SHAKER (30 SSR 01)HSN Code – 8479 8200, GST – 18% Sedimentation shaker is device to determine the sedimentation value of the flour as a measure of protein quality & quantity, based on swelling of protein globules and agglomeration of starch into protein globules in the lactic acid medium.
The rack is provided to hold the cylinder 6 nos. the rack is driven by motorized arrangement to give the up to 40 oscillation per minute. Through angle of 30° from horizontal on each side. Digital Speed Indicator and Digital Timer is provided for easy and accurate test of shaking cycles.
