...Paneer Press will be fabricated from S.S.304 material (S.S. Frame made from 60 X 40 mm S.S. Sq. Pipe) with S.S. Platform of 2 mm thick with draining arrangement. The Paneer press will have one pressing station with pneumatic cylinder. Three paneer moulds can be placed below one pressing plate. The station shall have tabletop on which the filled moulds are to be placed just below the pressing plate. The pressing plate will be of rectangular shape and made from SS 304, 3.0 mm thick. Each cylinder shall have independent air supply line & digital pressure control system. The complete press will be self standing type with tray at the bottom to collect the whey drain from the paneer mould. S.S. control panel is provided with air regulating valve & push button for operation.
*Note: Compressed Air at 5 bar to be arranged by customer at the site.
