Introduction:
- It is one of an independent unit which is used for dispensing a different type of Oils from Barrel or Oil Tank.
- It is easy to handle while moving from one location to another location
- Good ergonomic design for loading & Unloading of oil Barrels on Trolley
- Easy to dispense oil up to 5-7 meter distance, from trolley location.Printed Kurti
- Flow Meter provision has been given for measuring the accurate flow of dispensing oil in LPM. Easy to count & reset the reading.
Working Principle :
- It is independent 3 Phase Oil Dispenser –Mobile Unit. Suitable for up-to 250 CST Different types of oils.
- Oil Barrels can be loaded on these mobile unit/Trolley
- During operation, the motor pump sucks the oil from Barrel; and Cut-off nozzle delivers it to the required location.
- Provided safety valve to withstand the excess pressure of the pump. Also, flow meter provision is given in unit, to read LPM of dispensing oil.
- To prevent the excess oil from hoses spreading on the floor, round oil collection pocket with ball valve has been made.
