Description
Process of application :
(1) Buff the surface and clean to remove all dust, oil etc.
(2) Now apply first coat of HARDNER mix solution and allow to dry off completely.
(3) Now apply second coat, wait till slight sticky feeling appears.
(4) Now bring both surfaces together.
(5) Hammer hard with a wooden mallet ensuring no entrapped air.
(6) Now the jointed belt is ready for service operation after an hour of rest.
(7) Whole process of cold method should be completed within 4 - 6 hours to be done by an expert technician.
