- The Mahendra squeeze welding machine is designed to join battery group strops through a punched hole in the cell partition
- Simple & rapid change over tooling the box being manually positioned with the help of X-V conveyor with automatic weld sequencing
- The powerful welding head has an enclosed welding control panel and transformer
- The jaws exert sufficient pressure on the connectors to form extrusion through the partition hole
- The machine has a roller conveyor mounted at 800 mm for convenient roller positioning of customer's conveyor tracking
- The central welding head is mounted above the center line of the conveyor and has weld height adjustment between 100-250 mm
- The welding current supplied via 75 KVA sealed with water cooled transformer & the weld sequence accurately controlled by constant current controller of Miyachi, Japan
- The powerful jaws are hydraulic operated
