Description
Alternator rotors typically have insulation material of square U shapes, but with unequal legs. The material widths are also substantially more than that of closers. This machine is specifically designed for producing this paper. The length to be cut as well as the number of pieces required can be pre-set on the machine HMI. The machine stops automatically after the set number of pieces are cut. The output is collected in a bin.
This machine can also be used to cut plain paper to length without any folding operation, for applications like phase paper insulation.
The machine is PLC controlled, and completely guarded for operator safety (not shown in the picture). The machine works on 230V single phase input power and uses compressed air for the cutter.
