Description
ImageProVision's ipvPHot: Hot Stage Microscopy, Thermal Analysis.
Hot stage microscopy integrates microscopy with thermal analysis which enables the study of materials as a function of temperature and time.Along with particle size and particle morphology,The software gives useful information about the sample on the basis of melting point and other transition during heating. The setup comprises of a heating stage (hot stage) with a sample holder coupled with a suitable microscope and a powerful 21 CFR part11 compliant software. Besides measurements of ideo/pictures and temperature, the software provides classification of material based on particle size, particle shape and various other morphological traits.
Features
- FDA 21 CFR part 11 compliant
- D10 , D50 and D90 Values
- Multi-level authentication, e-signatures, digital data security, extensive audit trail
- Captures morphological changes with respect to temperature and time
- Selective measurement of particles based on size, shape, thermal properties
- Method development and method transfer
- Intelligent checks and step by step guidelines throughout analysis
- Quick analysis and immediate generation of customized report
ipvPHot: Hot Stage Microscopy withThermal Analysis can be used for
- Compound morphology
