Description
For woodworking, we provide both filler and non-filler edge-banding hot melt glue. Hot Melt Adhesive for Manual Edge-Banding is suitable for MDF board, chipboard, plywood, blockboard, fireproofing PVC board, ABS, wooden sticks and other wooden materials. For PP edge-banding, we offer hot melt adhesive in POLYOLEFIN. The non-filler edge banding hot melt adhesive is good to operate under medium temperature, it possess excellent hot tack and permeability, therefore can achieve higher level of adhesion for longer open time and fast setting time.Non-filler edge banding hot melt adhesive comes with lower density, its volume is 20%-50% higher compare to the filler type of woodworking hot melt, thus can save on the glue consumption, and further enhance its quality and value. Hot Melt Adhesive for Manual Edge-Banding is suitable for medium speed, operating rate of below 15m/minutes. Manual edge-banding hot melt glue has good hot tack and lower viscosity, suitable for medium operation temperature. Long open time with good permeability and fast setting time, good for edge thickness below 2.5mm. Once operating under low temperature with insufficient hot tack, then more product can be added to increase its hot tack and permeability as the result in increasing its adhesion performance.
