WIL is the largest supplier of Ball mills in India, backed by a strong engineering/manufacturing capacity and continuous upgradation of technology through various collaborations. It has supplied more than 150 ball mills worldwide so far. WIL has absorbed the technology from M/S. Polysius, Germany during collaboration period We offer high Chrome liners and flow control diaphragm of latest design based on designs of M/S. Slegten, Belgium (owned by Magotteaux S.A., Belgium). We also offer the proven high efficiency Separator of M/s. Sturtevant design in collaboration with M/s. Magotteaux S.A. of Belgium. We have supplied the Roller Press of M/S. Koppern, Germany (partly manufactured in India) to M/S. Birla White Cement for their expansion project. This system consist of the roller press working in close circuit with High Efficiency Separator, in combination with open circuit ball mill to produce cement with fineness of 4000 Sq.m/gm as per Blaine. The system is giving 20 % higher output than guarantee and also gives 20% less power consumption as compared to guaranteed figure. We also offer the inverted cone blending and storage silos with features such as 99% emptying of the silo, lower civil costs & lower compressed air consumption.Our Recent Offerings includeWIL design flow control diaphragmSlide shoe bearingBoltless lining plates.We have successfully engineered, supplied and commissioned a Vertical roller mill designed for slag grinding and suitable clinker grinding, in association with M/s. UBE, Japan and the system is presently giving more than 30% higher output than guarantee.We have also engineered, supplied and commissioned a vertical roller mill in close circuit with a ladder separator, as a pre grinder for existing ball mill in association with M/s. UBE, Japan, for grinding cement. As a result, the capacity of ball mill is increased more than two times. This is one of most modern technologies offered by us in association with M/s.
