Green Recycling Services
Placing an emphasis on the protection of the environment and sustainability, BSM’s ‘Green Recycling’ service assists environmentally and socially responsible customers with the demolition process of their assets. BSM supports customers in maintaining a secure working environment at the shipyard, while ensuring the safe removal and disposal of hazardous materials.
Fully complying with the IMO’s Hong Kong International Convention for the Safe and Environmentally Sound Recycling of Ships, 2009, the service is provided by BSM’s project focused business, Schulte Marine Concept and provides specific solutions, including assistance in the preparation of the Inventory for Hazardous Materials (IHM) by class approved specialists.
