Description
Grease kettles are mainly used for production of industrial greases like Lithuim,calcium,sodium grease etc. The equipment can be constructed with MOC of stainless steel or mild steel grade quality.
The production process of grease requires both heating as well as cooling mixing kettle vessels together. These mixing kettles come with either limpet or jacket constructed around the main body vessels to circulate hot oil, steam or cold water through it for heating and cooling purpose.
The heavy duty mixing agitator is designed in such way to enable the process of homogeneous mixing and as well as a very fined and good shearing effects simultaneously, which enables superior quality of grease production. The high strength scraper rotates around the inner wall of the vessel contineously during mixing to remove the material acuumulated and improve the rate of heat transfer process.
