Description

The Graco PR-X solution is a meter, mix and dispense system for two-component sealant and adhesive applications. Ideal for applications requiring both precision fluid dispensing and tight ratio tolerances, the servo-driven PR-X provides superior control and a repeatability dispense for beads, dots and other patterns to ensure specifications are met every single time.

Product Combination Options

Cartridge Feed Solution: Feed raw material directly from cartridges mounted onto the PR-X. The preferred method for extremely high viscosity, highly filled materials, and micro-dispense applications.

Supply Pump Feed Solution: Designed for high throughput dispensing of raw material. Supply material remotely using supply pumps designed to deliver from a wide range of container sizes. from cartridge to drum.

Direct Mounted Dispense Valve: The direct mount option enables the PR-X system to be mounted onto automation solutions, minimizing floor space requirements. Ideal for the most highly filled and highest viscosity materials.

Remote Mounted Dispense Valve: The remote mount options provides for more flexibility in the workspace design and minimizes automation payload requirements.
