Description

We are offering Ginning Machine to our clients.

Features:

All gear, connecting rod, head pin, beater arm, swing levers etc. are made of high modularity ductile iron.

All rotating parts are provided with bearing to reduce friction for optimum efficiency

Connecting housing is provided with heavy duty self-aligning roller bearing

Leather roller shafts are interchangeable and if one side of the roller is worn out, it can be reversed.

Lint output remains uniform on the full length of the rollers.

Moving parts are housed in dust proof gear box for smooth running

Lubrication is by pressure fed & dust proof greasing system.

Special hardened bushes for weight levers and swing levers ensure smooth working of gin machine.

Available only for Karunanand D.R. Ginning Machine

The drive is taken from roller shaft of the machine. Uniform and continuous feeding

4 machines can be fed by only one worker in manual setup.

Auto Feeder can be tited/removed with ease, which provides easy access to better
