SYSWELD is used for Simulation of the Welding and Heat Treatment Processes with the help of software. It is produced by a world leader in multi physics simulation solutions ESI Group, France.
SYSWELD addresses the entire gamut of welding processes whether TIG/ MIG/ Gas/ Plasma/ Laser/ Friction Stir or any other type.
· SYSWELD has a comprehensive materials library
· SYSWELD accurately predicts Mechanical, Thermal and Metallurgical property changes in the welded parts with the help of multi-physics
· SYSWELD helps you optimize the welding parameters (like welding velocity, angle, number of passes, weld pool, weldment material, clamping, maximum and minimum temperature) for best results
· SYSWELD helps you very accurately predict the following:
o effects of welding on welded materials (like plastic strains, thermal strains, yield stress, residual stresses, hardness / brittleness),
o defects (such as deformations, fractures, cracks, shrinkage) including their locations and size,
o weldpool and penetration,
o grain size and structure
o phase transformations (Austenite/ Ferrite/ Bainite/ Martensite),
o transient plots for thermal properties (like conductivity, enthalpy, specific heat, latent heat, density) and mechanical properties (like Young’s modulus, Poisson Coefficient)
