Has Per Customer Requirement scrubber Will Be Designed
- The wet Scrubber is designed for collecting dust from engineering work shop. The Scrubber is of medium pressure type for flow range between 6000 to 720000 m³ /hr and Operating temperature 100ºC and pressure up to 400 WG.
The wet Scrubber has high collecting efficiency and has an adjustable water level which Can be altered to suit different applications. It operates without a water pump.The main components of the wet Scrubber are the upper section, lower section and scrubber unit. The number of scrubber units varies with the size of the Scrubber.The upper section consists of the inlet chamber with an inlet opening and a de- watering section with an outlet opening. The upper section is provided with five inspection covers which ensure good accessibility to the whole of the Scrubber. The upper section is provided with pressure instrument connection and a “U ” – Tube Manometer
