These are suitable for baling Coir fiber in to Bales of size 48"x 18" x 26 " and Bale weight 150 Kg. By baling in to this size & weight , maximum lodability of 25 Tons per container of 40 ft is assured. Thus max saving in transportation & good profits are assured. There are Two types of Presses available. 1 . Revolving Double Box Type Bale Press. Available in both Pit type & pit less Type Model. • Bale Size : 48"x 18" x 26 " • Bale weight : 150 Kg. • Ele. Power : 50 Hp. • Production Capacity : 25-30 Bales / Hr. 2. Single Station Pitless type. • Bale Size : 48"x 18" x 26 " • Bale weight : 150 Kg. • Ele. Power : 40 Hp. • Production Capacity : 8-10 Bales/ Hr. Important Features Of Our Coir Baling Press: Whole pressing factory run by only 2-3 labours thus saving in labour cost. Most Economical. Floor mounted Electrical Control console with programmable logic controller. Fully automatic, easy operation. Energy Efficient Hydraulic System. Double Acting Hydraulic Cylinder & Rams. Hydraulic medium is oil, which results in economy due to lower maintenance cost and less wear tear. All replaceable parts are internationally standardized and interchangeable. Frames fabricated from single piece large good quality IS 2062 A mild steel plates and stress relieved after complete welding. Our presses are backed by very efficient After sales service.
