Rayon Spinning Pots are containers or receptacle that are ideal for collecting and spinning continuous viscose rayon filament yarn. Earlier known as "Topham Box", these pots was the first apparatus for spinning viscose into rayon yarn. For increasing the rotational speed of rayon pot, better quality of materials such as bakelite, moulding powder, ebonite and many more are used.
Our range of rayon of spinning pots has 9000 rpm rotational speed along with the mass of cake of rayon yarn produces an incredible centrifugal bursting force equivalent to almost 30 MT or more. The pot has a cylindrical portion that is integrated with spiral cage of high tensile strength stainless steel wire in order to resist the bursting force.
Changes
The construction material changes from cotton fabric treated with the exceptional acid proof phenolic resin binder and thus through regular experimentation, research and development.
