Crate Washer
We are manufacture & exporter of High quality Crate Washer that are used for thorough washing the Crates.
Empty crates are turning and convey to crate washer for cleaning.
Spray heads are distributing around: the outside around the crate, upper and lower, front and back, left and right, all have spray nozzles for water spraying.
Cleaning device is closed type.
In front of the water pump has filter device designed and it's for garbage not to absorb into pump and during the cleaning of filter membrane, it's easy to operate.

In forging industries, generally billets are cut by sawing or shearing. The speed of billetscutting differs from speed of forging. Also industry needs to isolate cutting, so that commoncutting facility can be used for various forging lines. The common practice is to collect cutbillets in bins, and use them whenever required. Normally the billets are manually feed intothe IBH. It requires one dedicated unskilled labour per line for continuous feeding of billets.Also a separate arrangement needs to be done to provide sufficient quality of billets to thisperson. Loading point is approximately 2mtrs above the ground.Our Auto Billet loader lifts billet from hopper on ground floor and feeds to induction heater inpre-decided orientation.
