It is being applied where higher diameter i.e. 20 mm fasteners are used. It gives better solvent resistance.
Applications
Sealing fasteners in Compressors Pump, Heavy Motor mounting bolts, Big Gear boxes and equipment's where assembly and disassembly will be done by high torque tools, service stations of four wheelers, JCB, earthmovers, bus body builders etc. This product can be used on various substrates like steel, brass, stainless steel etc.

A boiler is an enclosed vessel that provides a means for combustion heat to be transferred into water until it becomes heated water or steam. The hot water or steam under pressure is then usable for transferring the heat to a process. Water is a useful and cheap medium for transferring heat to a process.


The boiler system comprises of: feed water system, steam system and fuel system. The feed water system provides water to the boiler and regulates it automatically to meet the steam demand. Various valves provide access for maintenance and repair. The steam system collects and controls the steam produced in the boiler. Steam is directed through a piping system to the point of use. Throughout the system, steam pressure is regulated using valves and checked with steam pressure gauges. The fuel system includes all equipment used to provide fuel to generate the necessary heat.


Steam boiler or simply a boiler is basically a closed vessel into which water is heated until the water is converted into steam at required pressure. This is most basic definition of boiler. The boiler is essentially a closed vessel inside which water is stored. Fuel (generally coal) is burnt in a furnace and hot gasses are produced. These hot gasses come in contact with water vessel where the heat of these hot gases transfer to the water and consequently steam is produced in the boiler.

Application Procedure :

TERATILE MP should be mixed with water in the ratio of 3:1 by volume or 4:1 by weight. While mixing, add powder to the water to avoid lump formation. A slow speed drill fitted with a suitable mixing Paddle is recommended for mixing. Hand Mixing may also be resorted to if small quantities are mixed.

 

Polymix :

To increase bonding strength polymix is adding 25kg. GP and MP 2.5 Litter for External & Height tile application.
