Special Feature
Cabinet:
- M.S. Strong 10mm steel fabricated structure duly reinforced avoid vibration and its precisely machined to maintain accuracy. Arrow-32 base is specially designing to accommodate more chip area with coolant motor provision for Arrow 32.
Spindle:
- Main spindle is made of case hardened steel from forgings and hardened and ground to maintain 5 micron accuracy. All threads are thread grounded. Imported bearing used in spindle assembly. Arrow 32 spindle designed with four bearing to withstand heavy load.
Guide Shafts:
- These shafts are duly hardened & ground and hard chrome done for increased life.
Vertical Slide & Cross Slide:
- All moving slides are made of Spheroid graphite iron, and machined & scrapped to avoid frequent wear & tear.
Bar Feed Systems:
- Gravity weight operated system for arrow 25. Silent bar feed system with guide support bearings for arrow 32
Electrical:
- All electrical are reputed make and free from maintenance
