Automatic Bogie Washing Plant:

We provide a comprehensive Bogie Cleaning Plant (Rail Feed Type) for Locomotive, Passenger & Transit Car (Wagon) Bogies on a turnkey basis. Our plant features a fully automatic process that effectively removes all kinds of exterior contaminations from the bogies. This includes cleaning of primary & secondary coil springs, axle boxes, wheel sets, and all other accessories in the Bogie shop. Our solution ensures efficient and thorough cleaning of bogies for optimal performance and maintenance.

Scope of Machine

• Process : Automated Cleaning process consisting of Spray Washing & Fresh Water Rinsing
• Customers: Railway, Passenger car , Transit car, Metros & Passenger car Rebuilt plants
• Work piece:  Bogies of all sizes, passenger car, Transit car , Metros (with Traction motor & without Traction Motor)
• Application:  Cleaning of Bogies prior to inspection/Rebuild
• Cleanliness: Meets the cleanliness specifications as per customer requirements
• Productivity: Cleans up to 8 to 12 bogies @ 8 hrs shift operation
