It is also able to off eron-site technical assistance, an AutoCAD facility and dedicatedspecifi cation assistance in locations all over the world.Instructions for useSurface preparationAll surfaces must be sound and thoroughly clean before NitotileGPX is applied. All traces of grease or oil must be removedwith a chemical degreaser. All loose particles of mortar, oldwallpaper, paint etc. must be physically removed.Make sure the substrate is fl at and in sound conditions toachieve uniform thickness & coverage. If level variation onfl oor or wall is more than an average 12 mm ( Excluding intentional),surface preparation as required to bring the surfacetrue to plumb level shall be taken up with appropriate materialSaturate the surface thoroughly and remove excess waterbefore the application of Nitotile GPX.For porous substrates, it is recommended to use suitable primer.SurfacesNitotile GPX can be applied directly on concrete, cementscreeds, & cement plaster. Special attention must be given tonew construction prior to commencing tiling. Tiles should notbe placed on concrete or brickwork until all shrinkage movementhas taken place.MixingNitotile GPX should be mixed with clear potable water in thewater powder ratio of 0.25 to 0.28. A slow speed drill fi ttedwith a mixing paddle is recommended for mixing. Add powderto water and mix until a uniform, lump-free consistency isachieved.
