Mechanical Flash Mixer are widely used in flash mixing tanks for rapid mixing of coagulant with water to be treated. This mixing enhances the process of flocculation in clarifier tank in reduced time. Flash mixers have stirrers in SS-304 material. The stirrer is axially rotated by drive assembly consisting of electric motor, bearing housing assembly,worm gear reducer of adequate size and capacity mounted on sturdy base frame.
