Grease Kettle with Stirring System under Vacuum
This equipment is used for making Grease in laboratory for Research and Development.  
CONSTRUCTION :Cylindrical Body or  Kettle made with Double walled construction. Inner and outer body is made with stainless steel 304 , 6 mm thick flasks provided with heating dry bath made from aluminium casting.  
HEATING SYSTEM :High Quality Air heaters fitted to achieve above ambient temperature. Heater is inter-connected to the PID output. Heater wiring is done using PTFE coated cables.
STIRRING SYSTEM :Mechanical pressure seal BONFIGLIOIL MAKE gear motor assembly & stirrer make in stainless steel.  
TEMPERATURE CONTROLLER AND INSTRUMENTATION :Fully automatic microprocessor based PID controller eurotherm make having feather touch key board. Display indicating temperature with resolution of 0.1 Celsius. The controller is having splash proof membrane with pt-100 sensor. Safety controller thermostat is provided for heater.
VACUUM SYSTEM :Parker made vacuum magnetic seal assembly for maintaining proper vacuum. 
SALIENT FEATURE :Efficient stirring system. Excellent temperature uniformity in the bath.Parker made vacuum pressure magnetic seal assembly.Unit for temperature accuracy + 0.3 Temperature range  + 40  to + 200 Vacuum range  0 mm to -760 mmPressure range 0 to 8 kg. Power supply 120 V / 230 V AC, 1 Phase, 50/ 60 Hz.

Capacity of Grease Kettle : 5 Kg , 10 kg , 15 Kg Batch Plant.
