Three Phase Electric Paper Cuffing And Cutting Mac:This machine is designed to produce slot liners for electric motors and alternators with adjustable cuffs at both ends. A creasing unit with the creasing tool is also provided to get the desired crease. In case, the crease size changes a separate changeover tooling will be required. The input to the machine is the developed width of the paper, which is equal to the core length 4 times the cuff height required. The machine produces cuffs on both sides and then cuts the paper to the desired length. The length to be cut is adjustable. The output is collected in a bin. |
