Topking High-Speed Hydrostatic Centerless Grinding:

  • H-series is a centerless grinding machine equipped with precision hydrostatic bearing for both wheel spindles and R.W lower slider(In-feed axis) is hydrostatic guideways.
  • Minimal feeding value of 0.0005mm. This high precision and high speed performance satisfy the strict accuracy requirement like roundness, roughness and size tolerance.
  • Advantages of hydrostatic bearing- No abrasion between metal to metal, to increase machine use life.
  • extremenly low friction. Keeps spindle oil temeprature during work to keep accuracy.
  • High stifness oil film covering spindle surrounding, suitable for high speed rotation.
  • Machine base manufactured by meehanite cast iron.
  • Accumulator for emergency operation.
  • Stable grinding wheel dressing unit.
  • Wheel dressing for Grinding and regulating wheel.
  • Available in Through-feed and in-feed type based on application.
